Hello all you faithful Las Vegas travelers out there. I've been so involved with research on how to better the site that I realized I have neglected each of you by not providing updates as I should. Well, fear not because the 2011 trip to Vegas is in the process of being booked. That's right. Flights are done, courtesy of Frontier Airlines, and we are scheduled to be in Vegas near the end of August.
I will be providing more information about where we will be staying as the time gets closer. However, I would like to say thank you to all of those who have made this such an exciting adventure thus far. I am truly grateful that so many of you appreciate what I have to say. I really hope we can make this be one of the top Las Vegas blogs on the net. One step at a time though, of course.
Either way, I did make updates to the casino page so please stop on by and have a look at a few descriptions of some great places to play while in Las Vegas. Don't forget to send me your questions.
Have fun!

After being approached by numerous first-time Vegas travelers because of my ever-growing knowledge and experiences in Las Vegas, I wanted to share it with everyone. Since 2005, I've visited Sin City many times, and now, I hope that others will use this blog to get the most from their Las Vegas vacation. Email me with any questions. Enjoy!

It's been awhile, but for good reason
I know. Everyone has been asking when I will get back to explaining the lot of things to do while in Las Vegas. Truth is, I have been very busy researching more about what Las Vegas has to offer than just the typical "tourist attractions." Yes, we can gamble, see shows, stay fun places, get massages, and more, but I just know this city has so much more to offer those who yearn for knowledge.
I have also been in the process of preparing some new exciting elements to go along with the blog. Keep reading and keep the comments coming. Let's see how far we can take this thing!

Something I enjoy doing in Las Vegas
So, the big trip is FINALLY here. Everyone is ready to hit the ground running in Las Vegas, Nevada. Palms are sweating. Laces are all tied. There's a problem...Nobody wants to gamble. What to do now?!
Sometimes, people who travel to Las Vegas assume that the ONLY thing to do in Vegas is gamble. I know, I have heard it from nearly a dozen people. In fact, as mentioned before, that's one reason why some people will not go to Sin City. Relax, everyone. Keep in mind that just because Las Vegas was founded on gambling doesn't mean that's the only thing to do there. Personally, I feel there's nothing better to do, some days, than just sit by the pool and sip a nice cocktail. Why not? It's vacation right; a getaway that has built up all this anticipation and adrenaline, but before we know it, it's over. Do everyone a favor. Take some time for YOU while in Las Vegas. Actually make a vacation out of it. I know for a fact that this year, I will definitely be hitting up a spa for a massage of at least a 60 minute duration.
Remember, Las Vegas is the Disneyland for adults. Take some time for yourself when visiting. Who knows what you will learn. It may be the only vacation where you can actually "get away for a while."

Contemplating What to do in 2011.
It seems like the more I try to plan my annual trips to Las Vegas, the more I get caught up in everything I want to do this time around. It does get overwhelming, but I enjoy it. That's what vacationing is all about: being excited about a trip. Even though a vacation with an itinerary does not seem like "getting away," it is refreshing to not worry about the daily hassles of home and work.
When planning a trip to Las Vegas, keep in mind that it is impossible to do EVERYTHING. I can't stress this enough, and I probably sound like a broken record reiterating it over and over. Do research and find a few things that are appealing which will fulfill some time while on the trip. Many times, however, one may forget to make time for one's self. Leisure days are just as much fun as being a tourist. Just remember: it is all about having fun.
Don't forget to email me your questions! Stay smart and have fun.

Welcome!
Welcome to my page!
Well, like the title says above, I decided to start this blog in hopes of helping Las Vegas travelers get the most from their Las Vegas experience. I've had the opportunity to visit Vegas several times since 2005 (prior to my turning 21). During each visit, my goal was to have new experiences that I would cherish for the rest of my life. So far, I have not disappointed.
Let's just say that since turning 21, each trip I have taken to Las Vegas was with first-time travelers. It is because of these individuals, and other first time travelers that I will not accompany on their maiden journey, that this blog is even being created.
We're going to be discussing LOTS of different elements of the city including hotels, flight tips, pools, nightlife, casinos, dining, shows, and a whole lot more. Honestly, there is so much to do there, it's hard to even describe what Vegas is all about. That's why I always say that someone has to "see it to believe it."
So, if you are an aspiring Las Vegas traveler, then follow this blog and keep up with what I will be posting. Comments and emails are strongly encouraged as well; especially by readers who are as in love with this city as I am. Bottom line, this blog is for everyone who has, will, or want to experience everything Las Vegas has to offer.

About Me

- Las Vegas Traveler (7's)
- Although a very passionate entrepreneur in the fields of marketing and music, I also hold a daily full-time job as an analyst. I've had the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas several times since turning 18. Sure, I've been there often, and there are no signs of stopping. Remember, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
